The JLD offers volunteer and/or financial assistance to nonprofit agencies that serve the people of Dallas County. The Junior League of Dallas offers the following additional opportunities throughout the year:
Community Assistance Fund (CAF)
- Available to nonprofit agencies in Dallas County and/or the City of Dallas that have an emergency short-term need that addresses critical human needs.
- Grants are awarded in increments of up to $3,500.
- Agencies may receive a maximum of $3,500 during a two-year funding period.

Community Outreach
- To better position the JLD to respond to community issues and requests as they arise, the Community Outreach Committee recommends projects with a one-time need for volunteers, funding or both. These projects and/or grants are initiated to respond to opportunities for significant community impact in support of the JLD position statements (see www.jld.net).
