   Dallas Dish is a collection of more than 250 innovative recipes from the Junior League of Dallas. Recipes in this book were contributed by Junior League members, their relatives, friends, and famous chefs from the Dallas area. Each recipe characterizes Dallas life and the rich cultures that unite us as a community. We give you the inside scoop on the city we call home. Proceeds from the sale of this book will allow the League to continue to fund important community projects. Our focus areas are Arts and Cultural Enrichment, Education, Family Preservation, Health, Poverty Intervention, and Violence Intervention.
